A lost soul

How feeble we are to the world, we may carry the shape of common, but our value is as tiny as a pebble in a lost sea. How small we are against other folks who look, talk, and act just like us. They are made from the same bone and blood as us.

We might breathe the same air, eat the same food, and wear the same cloth, but inside our minds always whispers the cold hard truth that we don't want to hear. We try our best to be like them, deceiving our minds such a thing might happen if followed with persistence.

A lie we built within ourselves, this lie gets bigger and takes part of our life. Soon we do our best to live a lie and forbid any truth from disturbing the lie. At the end of the road, we become lost in the world and look for answers to why everything is so unfair.

In the end, we realize our body is an empty vessel; the only thing that fills that vessel is memories. Ones that we try to create and then recreate to feel the pleasure of the first memory. If we tried to live our lives instead of fitting into other people's silhouettes, we could have created more memories for our minds.
